FOREMAN

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Organizing, managing and supervising the tasks of the team doing metal works
• Comprehending production design drawings and creation of cutting notes
• Evaluation of raw material requirements
• Managing the manufacturing process
• Supervising the professional utilization and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Increasing the efficiency of production process
• Active participation in the production process
• Liaising with colleagues working on technologization
• Reporting to the managing director

Requirements and competencies:

• secondary education degree
• experience in welding or in metal works
• computer skills
• ability to work individually
• problem solving skills
• reliability in work
• being able to take responsibility
• loyalty

Technical degree or experience as a supervisor is a plus.
